Enseñanza clínica en el laboratorio: un acercamiento desde el discurso docente

Abstract
The theme of teaching clinic (ECL) without a doubt is a relevant topic in Nursing, both for the very act of teaching at the clinic as for the actors: students and teachers. The purpose of the investigation was to explore the experience of nursing teachers regarding the ECL in the laboratory practice. Methodology. The design was qualitative phenomenological type, was based on in-depth interviews across the technique of focus groups. The sampling was random. The interview went with a guide semiestructurada of 7 questions. Results and Discussion. It recognized the following categories: a) definition of the ECL, b) clinical training in the laboratory: defining aspects of teaching and attributes c) tutoring in the ECL and c) assessment of the same. The results coincide with the literature on the multideterminación of the educational process, however shows relevant aspects regarding the profile of nursing faculty for this activity and aspects of the assessment, which in the case of the ECL is unique nuances.
