Abstract

This qualitative-type work attempts to answer the following questions: what do teachers talks about when they are asked on being nursing teachers, and how do they arrived there? Data collecting was performed through the bibliographical story, and the analysis of the discourse was the way in which that said by nursing teachers was attempted to be understood.


From a very general form, a narrative of that understood was elaborated, searching some theoretical anchors that allow understanding that  lived reality and what the informants still experiment about wath being a teacher means, and the way by which they arrived there continue in its flux.


The most interesting part of the work is that it achieved teachers to stop in their way for acknowledging the need for being trained within this so complex area, sorich in human emotions.
