Modelo de cuidados crónicos sustentado na saúde digital: uma análise para investigação em doenças cardiovasculares

Resumo

Introdução: As doenças cardiovasculares estão entre as principais causas de morbimortalidade em adultos em todo o mundo. Os últimos anos têm evidenciado os fatores que dificultam o cuidado de enfermagem presencial direcionado a essas pessoas. Por isso é necessária a realização de pesquisas baseadas em referenciais teóricos que incluam conceitos de enfermagem e ferramentas digitais de saúde para apoiar o cuidado online.


Objetivo: Analisar o modelo aprimorado de cuidados crônicos de eSaúde e avaliar sua eficácia na pesquisa de doenças cardiovasculares.


Metodologia: Utilizou-se a análise da Teoria de Walker e Avant para analisar a origem, o significado, a congruência lógica, a utilidade, a parcimônia e a transferibilidade do modelo.


Desenvolvimento da análise teórica do modelo: Esta ferramenta é descritiva, seus componentes são de alto nível de abstração, adequados para explorar contextos e padrões de cuidado a pacientes com doenças cardiovasculares. Sua estrutura teórica permite estabelecer proposições que podem ser testadas e aplicadas à prática da enfermagem. A eEducação, a eComunidade, o ciclo completo de retroalimentação e o apoio à autogestão apoiam significativamente a investigação em enfermagem com uma abordagem de saúde digital.


Conclusão: O modelo apoiaria a assistência de enfermagem prestada a pacientes com doenças cardiovasculares de forma digital, seja como modalidade única ou como complemento ao atendimento presencial. Isto permitirá a criação e implementação de designs informáticos para a prestação de cuidados e, assim, contribuirá para o desenvolvimento do conhecimento de enfermagem. A utilização do modelo na pesquisa em enfermagem fortalecerá a liderança tecnológica inovadora da disciplina.
