Abstract
Reflection on the construction of knowledge of nursing from the research generated without number of articles, but few have tried since the classics of philosophy, noted that some elements or premises by way of analogy guide on issues concrete construction discipline and the practice of care. Thus some considerations relating to 9o. Article de veritate of St. Thomas who holds forth on whether the truth is on the senses, which in the case of nursing has relevance, while the truth or knowledge and the Nursing rests on the direction and implementation of the senses, particularly for the construction discipline.
